HTC DH7 is one of my favorite device since it's been released. There are some points that i really don't like about it.
1. Battery: Very bad battery that i every use. one full charge can hold only around 1 hour phone call or 1 day basic use only.
2. No Skype support: Skype is still playing the biggest role in my company. we use it to contact to purchase order admin, and it can reduce my monthly fee. but my expense become higher when my HD7 has no skype support.
3. Screen: large-massive-big screen of HD7 is still one my biggest favorite, but when i'm outside, it becomes more difficult to read SMS or even make a phone call. Very difficult to see everyone on blur screen.
4. Media Sync: if you want to copy any files, not even just media files, forget it. you won't copy anything or sync anything if you don't have Zune software in your computer. every movie files, will have to convert to fit its' screen resolution, and believe me, it'll take times to convert a movie files.
5. Bluetooth: bluetooth in wp7 is nothing beside just a bluetooth. you won't able to share, send or recieve any files by using bluetooth.
6. Heat: when you turn the 3G on while surfing web or phone call, you'll see how hot your HD7 is.
7. Camera: Damn, HD7's camera is very damn bad. the AF is really slow to focus on the target. Dual-flash maybe good in dark place but the picture you'll get is not better than single LED flash at all.
8. Soft-touch botton: it might be stylish when you have a phone with touch sensitive soft bottons, but it'll be annoy you while you're playing game and touch it without any purposes.
9. Software: Yes! I do like WP7 when UI becomes more friendly and easy to use, but it seem that Microsoft very slow activity to support WP7. Mango maybe the big upcoming update for WP7 from Microsoft, but i don't think that they will add more change to the old version.
10. Ear effect: when you're on call more than 5 minute, you ear will be hurt. The up side of HD7 is kind of metal and it'll make your ear hurt.
With all of this points that HD7 has, i decide to change and move to another device and the next step and will be the last is Sony Ericsson Experia Neo.

What it mean to be strategic?
The word " Strategy" came from the original Greek word " Strategos", which means " General".
Strategy involves planning and predicting. A good strategy will guide daily business decisions toward some predetermined and desired end. All of the activities involved in panning need to occur with a clear understanding of a target market and what that target market values.
So, we could say, "Being Strategic" is all about having a goal, knowing your audience or market, and then planning and predicting the potential results of various actions you might take.
Being strategic means thinking about what could happen in the future and coming up with plans to either increase or decrease the odds of that results, depending on your goal.
What will happen when "Strategic" vs. "Operational"?
This two words are tossed around in the business world fairly frequently. "Strategic" is generally used to refer to activities undertaken by leaders; "Operational" is generally used to refer to activities undertaken by front-line staff.
A strategic plan offers direction for the organization, division, or department based on mission and goals that are far-reaching. Operational plans provide the details of how these goals will be achieved based on specific things that owners or employees of the business will do to make the strategies happen.
Operational plan are narrow and more specific than strategic plans. They support the strategic plan and outline specific action steps that will be taken.
