ASVAC 2011

ASVAC (Asia Vaccine Conference) is one of the most important vaccine conference which it's held once a year. All the Asia country who's the member of the committees need to join the conference.

Each countries will present their EPI project in their own country. Vaccine is one the most important tool to protect everyone against preventable disease. Nowadays, some of disease has been protecting by vaccine and those vaccine will provide by a NGO, GAVI.

GAVI will helps all the countries under its coverage to help able to access the valuable vaccine to protect themselves against those kind of viruses.

ASVAC this year will be organize in Jakarta, Indonesia. I used to join that conference once in 2009. ASVAC 2009 held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. At that conference I've learned a lot about vaccines. Many experts came from any part of the globe presented their researches about vaccines, their new updates and update new recommendation, guideline and a lot more. HPV, Rotavirus and Pneumococcal vaccines are also included in the discussion.

ASVAC this year will be the same. That's mean, this year we'll get new updates from experts all around the globe not just Asian experts.
